Blake Nudell is a construction management expert and outdoor living specialist with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Blake Nudell holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management from California State University, Sacramento (CSUS).
As a building contractor in California, Blake is licensed by the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB), the state agency responsible for regulating the construction industry, and the state agency is responsible for regulating the construction industry, including the building of Gazebos.
Blake is also a Certified Outdoor Professional (COP) certified by the National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP); having this certification has helped improve Blake’s expertise in Gazebo designs, installations, and maintenance.
Additionally, Blake is a Certified Concrete Paver Installer (CCPI) certified by the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute (ICPI); there a lot of Gazebo installations processes that make Blake an expert in Gazebo installations thanks to the CCPI certification, such as proper installation of Gazebo Foundations, concrete pavers, and walkways.

Joanne Nudell is a skilled interior designer with 15 years of experience in the interior design field, Joanne holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Interior Design from California College of the Arts (CCA).
Joanne is a Certified Outdoor Lighting Designer (COLD) certified by the Associations of Outdoor Lighting Professionals (AOLP), showcasing her expertise in designing, installing, and maintaining outdoor lighting systems, including outdoor living areas such as Gazebos.
Blake is also certified by the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ), which is widely recognized as one of the highest certifications for interior designers. Joanne also holds the Certified Interior Designer (CID) certification, awarded by various state or provincial boards in the United States, highlighting her met education, experience, and examination requirements set by the respective boards.
